Don’t be afraid to try new things. Challenges make life interesting and gives us a reason to be excited about the day. It breaks the monotony of life.
Don’t limit your challenges. Instead, challenge your limits and you might be surprised by what you can accomplish.
We are an impatient society. We want what we want and we want it now. We will even put our future in jeopardy by borrowing beyond our limit.
Maybe life would be more enjoyable if we allowed ourselves time to work toward our goals. Everything doesn’t have to happen now. We need to remember, good things take time.
This is an okay book. The advice is simplistic and some sections could use more detail on how to apply the information.

- Attainable – the goal should be challenging, but achievable
- Relevant – the goal must be something you really want
- Time Bound – the goal must have a time frame or deadline
- If you are constantly pushing ahead and never taking the time to celebrate your accomplishments, you will most likely suffer burn out.
